Here at the Careers Programme Group, we pride ourselves in taking care of our learners by providing them with the most comprehensive training possible.
We recognise that entering a new industry can be rather challenging due to the roles requiring a lot of knowledge, both on a theoretical and practical basis.
As a team, we are highly attentive when enrolling our learners to ensure they feel supported in not just their learning but their wellbeing. We want our learners to feel safe and in the know when it comes to support and resources available.
We feel that it is a core value which we live by on a daily basis, to ensure that we are committed to taking care of the people who are committed to learning whilst on our programmes.
All of our learners can expect to receive extensive ‘Pre-employment Support’ along with further ‘In Work Support’.
In order to ensure our learners are fully supported, we have developed the ‘CPG Culture of Care – Recognition programme’ to support our duty of care.
Our culture of care consists of 4 pillars which are in place to ensure that all learners are provided with the right care and support at all times whilst they are on any programme with us. This is in place across all our programmes.
